Return Policy

All transactions must be documented and archived by Creation Square to ensure smooth transitions with all clients. Creation Square offers a Money-Back Guarantee and other return procedures to ensure consumers receive real and high-quality work on their projects. However, all return policies at Creation Square are subjected to the following clauses and alterations with prior approval from clients.

The Money-Back Guarantee is effective for 10 days after the order is placed.

Returns can be requested by filling out the Return Request form, which will be sent to you upon request. Creation Square will refund 30% of the total charged amount if the request is received on time.

We provide returns (Turnaround Time) in 48 hours, but rush changes are not returnable.

If the return is approved, the client will be refunded within the next 30 days. If the client wants to cancel the website element of the package after 30 days, there will be no refund; however, we can retain the project, and the client can come back later to restart the project.

Furthermore, if the client requests additional revisions (1 or more design changes, regardless of difficulty) or modifications to any initial concepts, the customer forfeits the right to the return mentioned above.

You will also lose your entitlement to a refund if you do not promptly react to Creation Square’s status notification.
